PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Information to:
Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. DO NOT TRACK
Some browsers have a “do not track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. At this time, we do not respond to browser “do not track” signals, but we do provide you the option to opt-out of interest-based advertising (see above ]for opt-out information).

When you use Alembic, we will maintain your Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Most log data is held for up to 24 months.
When you link a social media account or other 3rd party data source to us, we follow the data retention policy of the service you are linking to and delete your data upon your request or a request from the service. You may revoke access remotely at the site itself, and upon receipt of a qualified message from the service, we will remove your data from Alembic.
Youtube / Google Note
In addition to the our normal procedure for deleting stored data, users can revoke that API Client's access to their data via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
Alembic runs API clients, refreshing data daily, on behalf of its users. We offer the abililty for users to link external data sources such as social media accounts and Google Analytics, and other data sources to the service for data collection and processing. Use of these services is governened by the privacy and API usage policies of each service.
Alembic does not share data retrived from these APIs with any 3rd parties. We only permit access to this data to users that you control to and Alembic personnel for monitoring and testing.

If you are an Alembic User, you will be required to submit 4 pieces of information including your name, address, email, and phone number. Alembic will use this information to search our systems and determine if we have information about you. If we are able to locate information about you, we will fulfill your access and/or deletion request. If we are not able to match all 4 pieces of information you submit, we may provide you with a report that includes the categories of personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell.
